Haldon Health
SMS terms
What text messages Haldon Health sends, how often, how to stop them, and how to get help.
These terms cover the text messages Haldon Health sends, wherever you are. The rules about carriers, Msg & data rates may apply, and the STOP and HELP keywords are the United States ones, and we apply the same promises to every number we text. Haldon Health is a trading name of Parkstrasse Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14996458.
You never have to agree to text messages to work with us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying for a role, of being considered for one, or of using any part of this website. If you would rather we only emailed or called you, say so and we will.
How you opt in
We only text a mobile number when the person it belongs to has asked us to. There are two ways that happens:
- You tick the text message box on a form on this website. The box is separate from everything else on the form and is never ticked for you.
- You text us first, or you tell us in writing or on a call that you are happy to be texted about your application.
We do not buy, rent or hire mobile numbers, and we never text a number that has been passed to us by somebody else.
What messages you will get
Texts about your own application or a role you have spoken to us about, and nothing else:
- confirmation that we have received your application, and where it has got to
- interview and call times, and reminders before them
- a question from the person handling your application, and our reply when you message us
- a document or detail we need from you to put you forward for a role
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text you about anything you have not contacted us about.
How often
Message frequency varies with your application. Most people get no more than 5 messages a month. You will get more than that only while you are actively going through interviews for a role, and fewer once that finishes.
Costs
Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages, but your mobile network may, depending on your plan. How much, and whether a message counts against an allowance, is between you and your network.
How to stop messages, and how to get help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then we will not text that number again unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP to any message for help. You will get a message with our name and how to reach us.
Opting out of texts does not withdraw your application. We will carry on by email instead.
You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing hello@haldonhealth.com.
Delivery
Text messages depend on your mobile network, and some may arrive late or not at all. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are treated as described in our privacy policy. In short, and it matters enough to say twice: we never sell or share mobile numbers or text message consent with anyone else for their marketing.
