The brief
We ask what the role actually involves, not just the job title. Setting, schedule, pay, who interviews, and when you need somebody.
The short list
We speak with every candidate ourselves. We verify state licensure where the role requires it and run a background check where you require one. You get a short list with our notes on each person and the reason they are on it.
The interviews
We schedule them, confirm them, and follow them up. If a candidate withdraws we tell you the same day.
The start date
You pay one fee when the person starts. If they leave inside the guarantee period we replace them or refund the fee.
